The stage for big issues in the city is the Lindauer Zeitung. For the Inselhallte, the Lindauer Zeitung is not only a stage but a real godfather. As a premium partner, the Lindauer Zeitung took over a room sponsorship in the foyer at the new opening.
Swabian Media: Much more than a newspaper
From the Ostalb to Lake Constance, from the Swabian Alb to the Allgäu: the Schwäbische Zeitung reaches a total of 164,000 subscribers, more than any other regional newspaper in Baden-Württemberg. The Lindauer Zeitung is the only one of the 20 local editions published in Bavaria. Since its beginnings in 1946, the publishing house, headquartered in Ravensburg, has grown into a media group with more than 1,000 permanent employees.
The group employs more than 1,000 permanent staff, plus 3,500 freelance writers and photographers, not to mention 8,000 delivery staff – with more and more readers receiving their newspaper as an e-paper or via app. The Schwäbische Zeitung has responded to the challenges of the times in a way that few regional publishers have. For one thing, it has invested: At each of the 20 locations, there is an editor who specifically takes care of the digital preparation of stories, and there is also a dedicated online editorial team.
