Associations, parties, schools, churches, charitable organizations and non-commercial interest groups based in the city of Lindau receive a subsidy of up to 1,300.00 euros once a year for the use of the Inselhalle Lindau. Admission fees may not exceed 15.00 euros. From the Inselhalle Lindau you will receive an invoice for your event, which has to be submitted to the Stadtkämmerei Lindau. After checking, you will receive the reimbursement from the Stadtkämmerei Lindau.

Of course, you can send us material in advance. If the volume of mailings exceeds a few small packages, please contact us in advance at info@inselhalle-lindau.de.
Please make sure that all mailings are clearly labeled with the title of the event and, if applicable, the booth number. Otherwise, we regret that your shipment cannot be accepted. If delivery is to be made by a freight forwarder, please take our office hours into account.

You may commission your own engineering company. However, this should only be done in cooperation with our engineering department in order to make optimal use of interfaces.
